1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafth, the "General Conditions") apply to all sales of "Je M'aime" products completed remotely on the www.jemiamecs.com website (hereinaftly, the "Site").

 

1.2. The remote sales service referred to by this document is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinin, "Customers" or "Customer"); "Consumers" means natural persons over 18 years of age who act for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, trade or profession.

 

 

 

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

 

 

 

2.1. Information about the Products, together with the Product codes and their price, is available on the website.

 

2.2. Products available on the Site represent a selection of items normally available in stock; However, Je M'aime does not guarantee to the Client that the Products available on the Site are also present in stock. The graphical representation of the Products displayed on the Site may differ from reality; The Client must therefore rely exclusively on the description of the Product and its characteristics as reported on the Site.

 

2.3. Je M'aime reserves the right to limit, at any time, the amount and/or type of Products that may be purchased on the Site. The style, patterns and colours of the Products described on the Site may be changed without notice. During the purchase process, if it is not possible to process the order due to the invalidity of the ordered Product, the Client should contact us.  Je M'aime cannot under any circumstance be held liable to the Customer because of the invalidity of a Product.

 

2.4. Je M'aime is not in any case liable for any error resulting from the failure of the Client's connection to the Site.

 

 

 

3. PRICE

 

 

 

3.1. The price of the Products shown on the website is expressed in ALL (All) and includes all applicable taxes or duties. Delivery costs must be added to the price of the Products, indicated separately in the order form.

 

3.2. Je M'aime continuously verifies the accuracy of the prices shown on the website; However, it is not possible to guarantee the absence of errors. In case there is an error in the price indicator of a Product, Je M'aime will refuse the order and offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Product at the appropriate price. The client must ensure that the location is marked as is necessary, which is directly related to the shipment cost. If you are not, you have the right not to proceed with the order.

 

 

 

4. COMPLETION OF PURCHASE

 

 

 

4.1. Before sending an order proposal through the Website, the Client is required to read carefully all instructions given during the purchase procedure (including delivery costs, conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and privacy policy).

 

4.2. To purchase a Product, the Customer must (i) place the selected Product in the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the right button, (ii) complete the order proposal, (iii) select the payment method, (iv) accept the General Terms and Conditions and (v) send the order proposal to Je M'aime via the Website.

 

4.3. The transmission of the order proposal constitutes a purchase proposal related to the selected Product, governed by these General And Binding Terms and Conditions for the Client (without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided). Transmission of the order proposal from the Client includes the latter's obligation to pay the price of the Product, or the Products, ordered.

 

4.4. Before submitting the order proposal, the Client has the opportunity to make any correction/change to the entered data following the specific procedure indicated on the Website (by example and not limited to, the Client has the right to modify the amount of products he intends to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from the "Shopping Cart").

 

4.5. Without prejudice to the use of personal data described in the Privacy Policy, the order proposal form and customer data in connection with the order proposal may be stored by Je M'aime for the period of time provided by the applicable legislation.

 

4.6. The contract between Je M'aime and the Client is concluded when the Client receives confirmation from Je M'aime for acceptance of the proposal of the order submitted through the procedure provided for on the Website. Acceptance (or refusal) by Je M'aime of the order proposal will be sent to the Client at the e-mail address indicated by the Client in the order proposal ("Order Confirmation").

 

4.7. Je M'aime may refuse an order proposal (in this case no amount will be due to the Client by Je M'aime.

 

4.8. In case of unavailability of one or more ordered Products, the Client will be notified by Je M'aime. In this case, the order proposal will be cancelled, or accepted only for the available Products. In case of partial acceptance, the Client is obliged to pay only the price of the available Products.

 

4.9. The risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to the Client when the latter (or a third party designated by the Client and other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the Product.

 

 

 

5. PAYMENT METHODS

 

 

 

5.1. The Client may pay the amount for the Products included in the cash order proposal on delivery

 

 

 

6. CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY

 

 

 

6.1. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client in the order proposal.

 

6.2. Delivery costs are insured by the Client and shown separately in the order form.

 

6.3. The purchased products will be delivered by selected courier by Je M'aime (hereinaft "courier") from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Deliveries will be made within 1-2 days in Tirana, 2-3 days in districts, 7-10 days to Kosovo from the date of confirmation of the order (except in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances) excluding disadvantaged areas. In case of disuse, please let the client inform you about the occurrence.

 

6.4. The client (or his/her delegate) is obliged to check, at the moment of delivery of the Products by the Courier:(I) that the package that has been delivered corresponds to that indicated in the delivery note; (II) that packaging is intact, unsweetened, not wet and not altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or any inconsistency in the number of packages or indications shall be notified immediately.

 

 

 

 

 

7. PACKAGE

 

 

 

7.1. Products purchased on the Website are delivered using the normal packaging used by Je M'aime.

 

 

 

8. RIGHT OF RETURN

 

 

 

8.1. The customer has the right to return the ordered products only in case they are broken, damaged by transport and verified with the courier at the time of delivery. In the case of error of the order due to human error by the company, the package will be replaced by Je M'aime, apologizing to the customer for the occurrence and inconvenience.

 

 

 

9. GUARANTEEING AUTHENTICITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
