 FITNESS
 Always apply 20-30 minutes before sun exposure.
 Apply liberally to all exposed areas and smooth gently.
 35 ml is the recommended application for the whole body.
 Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling.
 Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, wash with plenty of water.
 Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.
 Ideally do a patch test before use.
